Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions (as results may vary by individual)

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window has passed


How to Request a Refund
